Former Tesco site has 23,130 m2 of temperature controlled storage space
According to local press reports, CM Downton has signed a lease on a 26,010 m2 logistics centre on a 20-acre former Tesco distribution centre site near Chepstow, UK. The facility was originally built specifically for Tesco in 1988. It includes 23,130 m2 of temperature controlled storage space, with 1,485 m2 of office space.
The logistics centre is close to another of C.M. Downton’s sites in Chepstow and brings the Company’s total number of UK depots to 16, including in Avonmouth, Coventry, Leeds, Chatham, Kings Lynn and its Gloucestershire.
