Paving the way for growth with customer Tepro Garten
International forwarding company F.W. Neukirch has started construction of a new logistics centre in Oyten, near Bremen. Panattoni Europe is building a complex with approximately 21,000 m2 of logistics space and 500 m2 of office area. Completion is scheduled for the Summer of this year.
With this new building complex, the Bremen logistics company is enlarging its range of services and paving the way for an expansion of its logistics business with its long-standing customer Tepro Garten.
The new building is one of the largest and most important milestones in the more than 200 years of history of the Company, which specialises in warehouse and contract logistics, procurement and distribution logistics, sea and air freight as well as specialist transportation services and removal and relocation logistics.
Panattoni Europe is developing the facility to meet the requirements for a multi-user warehouse offering comprehensive logistics services: The building will have a capacity of 40,000 pallet spaces and 4,000 m2 of special warehousing and order-picking space. Twenty docking gates at ramp level will ensure smooth loading of goods.
The location of the facility fulfils a further condition for successful goods transport. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the A1 motorway junction Oyten and the A 27 junction Achim Nord, the Company will benefit from the good connection to the seaports of Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven.
