Austria holds a central position in the Group's strategy
GEFCO Austria is celebrating 10 years of activity, reporting turnover of €33.0 million in 2014, up 13.0% compared with 2013. Two-thirds of this result comes from profits generated from non- automotive customers.
This year, the subsidiary intends to strengthen its relations with existing customers, while also developing partnerships with businesses in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries.
Moreover, Austria holds a central position in the Group's strategy as Vienna is the base of the Central European, Balkans, and Middle-East regions for GEFCO, a zone that is part of the Group's priority markets and in which it aims to further consolidate its presence by setting up operations in Serbia and Greece.
