Logistics specialist sends tank containers and IBCs to the crisis region
HOYER has provided five tank containers and twenty-four intermediate bulk containers (IBC) of fresh water for the helpers and victims in the regions particularly seriously affected by the weather catastrophe. These supplies are already in place at the Nürburgring crisis centre, where the disaster control team will use them to supply fresh water to the population.
The five tanks are being brought to the town of Adenau, and the twenty-four IBCs are going to the Ahr valley. In this way, HOYER wants to quickly support the victims as well as the helpers who are assisting storm victims in the region. Options to bring more IBCs into use are currently being examined.
