Facilities in Milton Keynes and Daventry available for occupation by August
IDI Gazeley is to develop two further UK logistics centres of 17,256 m2 and 27,622 m2 at strategic sites in Milton Keynes and Daventry respectively. This announcement follows the start on site of a 9,100 m2 inventory warehouse development at its G.Park Enfield development in North London and forms part of a strategic programme of inventory development in the UK.
Construction of both buildings has now started at the two sites and both are expected to be available for occupation by August this year. With these new developments, the total amount of inventory space under construction by IDI Gazeley in the UK currently stands at 54,000 m2.
