JD Williams improves stock visibility with Zetes 23 February 2016

Zetes has recently implemented its latest generation ZetesAthena In-Store Management solution to JD Williams, one of the UK’s largest fashion retailers. JD Williams selected the ZetesAthena In-Store Management solution to help improve stock auditing across its growing network of UK stores.

The JD Williams Group operates a growing chain of high street fashion retail outlets located across the UK. JD Williams utilises the ZetesAthena In-Store Management solution for wall to wall stock auditing, to ensure its assets can be accurately recorded for accounting purposes. The cycle counting application is also used in order to gain visibility of stock in stores at any given time, improving overall stock accuracy.

The JD Williams management team has real-time access to immediate stock count results from any location, which are directly integrated with the company’s main ERP system.

As ZetesAthena is a full in-store management solution, JD Williams is able to scale its use of the software, enabling it to manage other retail processes in the future.
