Prologis signs built-to-suit agreement in the Czech Republic
Mall.cz is a regional online consumer goods and electronics store
Prologis has signed a 31,000 m2 build-to-suit agreement at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny with Mall.cz, a regional online consumer goods and electronics store. Prologis Park Prague-Jirny is 97.0% leased. It comprises 213,000 m2 with build-out potential for an additional 120,000 m2.
Prologis owns and manages a portfolio of more than 4.1 million m2 of logistics and distribution space in Central and Eastern Europe as of September 30th, 2014.
