VIVE Group invests in logistics operations in Poland 26 September 2017
Facility will be certified according to stringent TAPA standards
Panattoni Europe is leasing 26,200 m2 of modern distribution and logistics space to VIVE Group at Panattoni Park Kielce. Civil works will commence at the turn of the year, and the completion of the facility is envisaged for August 2018.
VIVE Group has allocated 24,836 m2 for storage space and 1,351 m2 for offices and personnel areas. The building will be certified according to stringent TAPA standards. The entire property will be fitted with LED light sources and the picking area (3,000 m2) will additionally receive daylight at the rate of as much as 12.5%.
