Developing a three-year supply chain strategy and vision
Weetabix Food Group has appointed Milan Pankhania as Head of Supply Chain for Operations. Pankhania will take responsibility for customer service, demand planning, finished goods and raw material planning, logistics and integrated business planning process. He will develop the three-year supply chain strategy and vision.
Pankhania will manage a team of 25 as well as the logistics operation. He will report into Patrick Rigby, Group Operations Director.
Pankhania has previously held a number of global supply chain roles, including with packaging company, Ball Corporation. He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, including his first supply chain role at Rexam Beverages in Logistics. There he progressed to Global Supply Chain Planning Director before becoming Supply Chain Director at Ball Corporation.
