Yobel SCM accelerates growth in Latin America with HighJump 30 June 2014

Second phase includes additional functionality and rapid roll-out

Yobel Supply Chain Management (Yobel SCM) has selected the HighJump Warehouse Advantage warehouse management system (WMS) as its key IT solution for managing and controlling warehousing operations for its clients throughout Latin America.

Based in Lima, Peru, Yobel is one of the leading logistics services providers in Latin America, managing more than 225,000 customer SKUs and handling more than 15,000,000 units per month for 700,000 destinations.

With the HighJump WMS, Yobel SCM’s operations will keep pace with the Company’s growth by offering customers more robust inventory handling services, flexibility and visibility. Directed and optimised workflows will help Yobel SCM serve its customers with faster and more accurate fulfilment. Additionally, with the open architecture of the HighJump WMS, Yobel SCM can configure the adaptable solution to meet the current and future business needs of its diverse client base.

Yobel SCM is building a strategic partnership with HighJump Software and its Mexico-based partner, Tsol, in which the three companies will work together throughout the region to provide pre-sales and sales support for Yobel SCM’s other sites and customers.

After a successful implementation in two warehouses in the region, Yobel SCM has initiated an aggressive second phase that includes the incorporation of additional functionality and a rapid roll-out across Latin America over the course of 18 months.
