Proceeds used for acquisitions, working capital and reducing debt
Leading Brazilian logistics company Julio Simoes has announced a public share offering, although it has not provided details of the size, or set a date, for the transaction. The initial public offering on the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange, the BMFBovespa, has also yet to gain approval from the Brazilian securities and exchange commission.
Julio Simoes provides both inbound and outbound logistics services across several industry sectors, including the pulp and paper, chemical and steel industries.
The proceeds of the IPO are expected to be used for acquisitions, reinforcing working capital and reducing company debt.
