Acquisition enhances position in the consumer electronics sector
Azkar has continued its growth strategy of selective acquisitions by acquiring the operations of Condeminas Servicios Logísticos to enhance its position as a leading logistics service provider in the consumer electronics sector. The deal expands Azkar’s network of logistics platforms in Spain, where it operates more than 30,000 m2 of space in Madrid and 20,000 m2 in Barcelona dedicated to the sector.
