CEVA to lay off 200 workers in Plainfield

CEVA will be permanently downsized over the next four months
According to local news reports, CEVA Logistics plans to permanently lay off almost all of its workers at its warehouse operations in Plainfield, USA, resulting in over 200 job losses. The layoffs are to take place in stages, between 10th May 10 and 30th June, at the distribution facility at 800 Perry Road in Airwest Business Park.
Apparently, the cuts are a result of CEVA’s customer reorganising its parts distribution system. John Deere & Co. is believed to be CEVA’s only customer at the warehouse.
